Almacenamiento:

Bain Marie / Sousvide Method:
- Heat plenty of water in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, immerse the closed bag and let it boil for 15-20 minutes or until the product is hot.
- This method ensures that the product retains all its juices.
- Our Bags are B.P.A. free and safe to use in a bain-marie.
Other Heating Methods:
- Pour the contents of the bag into a frying pan or saucepan and sauté with oil (olive, vegetable, butter or lard).
- Heat in microwave oven for 3 minute periods.
Unfinished Products Instructions
Foods with raw protein:
- Sauté in a frying pan or saucepan with oil (olive, vegetable, butter or lard).
- Grill to obtain a delicious result.
- Bake in a refractory.
Pasta:
- Heat plenty of water with salt in a saucepan.
- As soon as it starts to boil, pour the contents of the bag into the water.
- Let it boil for 10-12 minutes.
- Drain.
- Cover with a delicious Local Food sauce: Bolognese, 4 Cheese or Pesto.
- Defrost at room temperature in its aluminum container.
- Once thawed, bake in its aluminum container at 180 C for 20-30 minutes.
French Toast:

- Este método asegura que el producto conserve todos sus jugos.

Otros Métodos de Calentado:
- Saltear en sartén o cacerola con aceite (oliva, vegetal, mantequilla o manteca).
- Calentar en microondas por lapsos de 3 minutos.

Preparación Alimentos No Terminados
Alimentos con la proteína cruda:
- Saltear con mantequilla o aceite de oliva.
- Asar al Grill, para obtener un resultado delicioso.
- Hornear en un refractario.
Pastas:
- Calienta abundante agua con sal, en una cacerola.
- En cuanto empiece a hervir, vierte el contenido de la bolsa en el agua.
- Deja hervir por 10-12 minutos.
- Escurrir.
- Cubre con una deliciosa salsa de Local Food: Bolognesa, 4 Quesos o Pesto.
Lasagna:
- Descongelar a temperatura ambiente en su contenedor de aluminio.
- Una vez descongelada, hornear en su recipiente de aluminio a 180 · C, por 20-30 minutos.
Pan Francés:
- Descongela el pan a temperatura ambiente o en el horno de microondas durante 1 minuto.
- En un recipiente alargado, bate un huevo. Incorpora 15 ml de leche.
- Añade el sobre de Local Food con vainilla, especias y azúcar glass.
- Remoja el pan descongelado en la mezcla, por ambos lados.
